Rate

All rates are valid for a period of one year but are subject to change without prior notice. It is, however, advisable to contact Rainbow Travel before any rate commitment is made.

Rate includes hotel room with breakfast outside Addis Ababa and expense connected with vehicles, driver guide, and entrance and porterage fees.

Expenses such as rooms and meals in Addis Ababa, visa, customs, embarkation fee, airfare to/from Addis Ababa, beverages, telephone calls and laundry shall be borne by the guest.

Transportation

We have a fleet of 4WD drive for tours to the countryside, coaster buses, minibuses and deluxe Renault buses for sightseeing tours in and around Addis Ababa.

Guides

English speaking guide is available. We can also provide Arabic, French and German speaking guides on request.

Liability

1. Rainbow Travel assumes no responsibility for inconveniences caused by an airline, hotels, with regard to schedule change, hotel room denial, etc.

2. Rainbow Travel's liability to guests transported in its vehicles shall be in accordance with the governing laws of Ethiopia pertaining to comprehensive insurance coverage.

3. Rainbow Travel shall take every care to safeguard the baggage of its guests but it will not be liable for any damage or loss of baggage.

PAYMENT CONDITIONS

1. Rainbow Travel will entertain requests in connection with tours and safaris not limited to bird watching, hiking, game viewing historical site visits, etc. from other tour operators, agencies and private individuals.

2. Upon confirmation of such tours, payments will be effected as follows: -

A. 50% of the package tour price advance payment through Bank transfer 45 days prior to the commencement of the tour.

B. Final payment is within one month prior to tour commencement.

C. Unless there is a special arrangement wherein the guests and/or their agents, by virtue of business affiliation, have entered into agreement to settle on arrival in US Dollars cash or travelers cheques, Rainbow Travel reserves the right to reject failing to fulfill conditions under A and B above.

Cancellations

In good faith, Rainbow Travel will do all it can to accommodate the needs and interests of its clients. Nevertheless, Rainbow Travel may be obliged to forfeit such needs and interests in view of its liability to third party.

Hence:

A. 25% of the charge will be deductible if tour cancellation is advised one month in advance.

B. 50% of the charge will be deductible for cancellation 15 days prior to tour commencement.

C. There is no refund whatsoever for last minute cancellation of less than a week prior to tour commencement
